Congratulations to all of the night’s winners!

Last week, we were fortunate enough to be invited to the Select Lincolnshire Food & Drink Awards, to support our long term client, Salted Orange Food Company! We enjoyed a glittering evening of eating, drinking, networking and cheering for Salted Orange who were nominated for two awards; Caterer of the Year and Business of the Year.

Throughout a range of six 1940s themed courses from Head Chef Rob Smith, to celebrate Lincolnshire’s extensive local produce and RAF100, we had the opportunity to network with other businesses in our county and gain a better understanding of the food, drink and hospitality industry. The food was definitely a talking point! We feel like coffee stout isn’t going to catch on but the attention to detail was huge.

When the Awards were finally announced, we were on the edge of our seats, and cheers erupted as Salted Orange was given the Award for Caterer of the Year 2018! We are proud to have such a creative and hard-working client, and are happy that we have helped to market and grow the business to new heights over the past three years.

“The judges praised our use of local produce and efforts to build strong working relationships with suppliers in the County. The bespoke catering service we offer clients is second to none and the panel were impressed with the great feedback we have received from a variety of events. Assessed on customer service, staff knowledge, quality of product selection, sustainability and marketing and promotion, we really had to paint a picture of how Salted Orange operates on a daily basis and what is important to us” – Sam Owen

We often follow Sam and his team to events and every time without fail, the food has been exceptional. Out of the box thinking is no challenge and a truly bespoke catering experience has become a huge USP of Salted Orange, with an ever increasing array of catering types available.
