Matthew Baker has over 10 years experience in the IT field covering many aspects of technology infrastructure such as consultancy on new and existing IT systems in addition to internet services such as search engine optimisation and web sites.
After setting up and running Web-Design UK which still remains the highest ranking web site design business for Google searches bearing the same name, Matthew now focuses on providing IT consultancy, project management and support to companies and individuals looking to improve their IT / Internet operations and achieve success.
Since leaving Web-Design UK in late 2007 to pursue the consultancy arm of his operations and as present managing director of IT firm QuantumShift Enterprises Ltd, Matthew adds value to our internet sites by performing proactive and reactive analysis before, during and after the construction of client web sites to ensure customers receive the very best internet presence we can deliver and that no stone is left unturned when it comes to ensuring the best possible results for new and existing web sites.

Will Greenhouse
Will is one of the founding partners of Monkfish and has over 14 years web development experience. Will has a vast knowledge base when it come to development and has built all types of websites from simple brochure sites to complex online shops and social networks. In 2000 Will started his own business Greenhouse Business Consultants an Internet Consultancy firm which advised webmasters and web designers on new technologies and built bespoke websites. In 2003 he launched a new service aimed at Estate Agents and Property Developers to help market properties online this service included Web Design, 360° Virtual Tours, 2D and 3D floor plans. In early 2008 Greenhouse Business Consultants was rebranded as Monkfish Web Design and Monkfish Creative offering Web Design and Graphic Design services.
